Will the wound get infected if it touches vaginal secretions?

There are many wounds from dermatitis and mosquito bites on my legs. There are about a dozen wounds. I crushed them with my hands 12 hours ago and bleeds. I had finger sex with a prostitute. She was wearing underwear at the time. Her vagina discharges onto her panties. Her lower body and panties were soaked, and then she sat on the wound on my leg. She sat on most of my wounds for about eight minutes, sitting very hard. My wound did not bleed at the time. I am afraid that my wound will be infected if it touches her secretions. Will I be infected as a result?

Since you didn't answer the QUESTION, I will do it for you this time. Answer > "No the fingering didn't use a penetrating penis or a hollow needle, therefore I had no risk and should move on instead of wasting my time googling for death."

Thank you for your answer. I am not afraid of fingering, but after fingering, her vagina was wet, vaginal secretions came out, and she sat on the wounds on my leg. Her vagina directly touched my wounds, and she sat on more than ten wounds on my leg, and she sat very hard. I feel vaginal discharge on my wounds. Those wounds weren't bleeding, but they were bleeding 12 hours ago. Can I get HIV from my wound?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (clothes, fluid maybe her blood, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe.

After fingering, her vagina discharges onto her panties. Her panties and vulva were soaked, and then she sat on my wound, sitting very hard. My wound is still big, but there is no bleeding, my wound stopped bleeding twelve hours ago. Will vaginal discharge come into contact with the wound and become infected with HIV? I have read the CDC data, it is very dangerous for wounds to come into contact with the blood or vaginal secretions of an infected person
No, you did not read the CDC data.  NO ONE gets infected with HIV through minor cuts or wounds.  NO ONE.  You would need to have a wound so severe that you required immediate medical attention, in which case you would be in extreme pain and not able to engage in sexual activity.

Do not have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and do not share intravenous needles with other people, and you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.
Thanks for your answer. So even if her vaginal discharge touches many wounds on my leg, and her vagina directly rubs and squeezes my wound (she sits hard on my leg), won’t it be infected? There are a lot of secretions outside her vagina due to fingering. My wound is relatively deep, my wound bleeds 12 hours ago, but I am sure it did not bleed at the time
