HIV symptoms are not ongoing. Once someone is exposed, if infected, their symptoms last a maximum of 2 weeks and then disappear. Most people have no symptoms at all after infection and the only way they know they were infected is by having a positive HIV test.

You've tested conclusively negative and you don't have HIV. The reason why you can't figure out what's actually wrong is because you keep obsessing on HIV, which you clearly do NOT have. Drop the HIV obsession and look at the more obvious illnesses that are  far more common. Go see a gastroenterologist because I'm sure they will figure it out pretty fast.

Thank you for your answer. At first i met with gastroenterologist but she didn't understand why medicine aren't helping. Then I met with another gastroenterologist. He told my problem strat after unprotected sex So better to visit a medicine specialist.I visit an internal medicine doctor,he also hasn't idea about my condition. He prescribed medicine but it's also not helping.
This is not a gastroenterology forum, is an HIV forum. No one here can diagnose you. All we can tell you is that you do NOT have HIV because you've tested conclusively negative. Find a doctor that will help you figure out what is wrong.
Sorry for repeat comment mistakenly.Hiv is a chronic disease. Most hiv symptoms   seroconversional sickness persist for 2weeks maximum. But not all patient, many of (hiv+ but not AIDS)suffer chronic diarrhoea.HIV can destroy gut and low immunity power can't digest food. But this symptoms are more common for AID paitient when less than 200cell left.Today a HIV counsellor told me.But symptoms are vary person to person.
It could be psychosomatic.
See a psychiatrist.
Cmv means cytomegalovirus right? Well it could be causing your symptoms. I have cmv affects the stomach as well
*i have read

Since you have tested conclusively negative for HIV, there is nothing more that our members can add here.

This is a hiv forum my friend. Only the doctor treating you can tell whats causing all these symptoms.

Coming to hiv, YOURE HIV NEGATIVE.
You can 100% sure youre hiv negative. No more hiv testing is required. I dont recommend a pcr im sure it ll be negative too.  If you want to take it go ahead, i can assure you that it l ll negative as well. If you think it ll help you with the anxiety , then go ahead.

Thank you.I've phobia but I also agree with you that I am probably negative. But if it's not hiv ,then why my diarrhea with gastritis ongoing.I meet with a hiv specialist and many another doctors .  .They think I am negative but didn't able to detect my problem. Some of them told it's a common complication of hiv .But don't understand what's going with me as my negative hiv status.
