Worried about possible transmission

Hi, about 5 weeks ago I went on a trip to New York on a Saturday. Later on that night I had sex with a masseuse which I wore protection one which was provided by her and the other was from me. I don't believe anything popped I know the condom made me go soft but didn't fall off. Afterwards I left and proceeded to go to a bar and get drunk which I drunk a lot really fast in a short period of time. The Monday that I returned and that week I was extremely bloated, thirsty, lost appetite, lost weight, had a upper right abdominal pain/tender/burning, lost sleep, was constipated I had diarrhea about 4 times but that's was on different days after eating too much, after eating I got hot, had muscle spasms or twitches and tingling fingers. No chronic diarrhea, rash, nothing swollen. Fast forward to today I'm feeling better not quite 100% still have to watch what I eat upper right abdominal feel a little tight. But after looking up symptoms online I have become afraid that I may need to get tested I think the symptoms scared me from reading it online. I really would like to get your opinion on the matter thanks.

Soooooo I got my results today and this is would be week 6 and my Dr's assistant called and said that my all my std test came back negative which she tested for all of them. All my Blood cell count was normal the only thing is my cholesterol was high. I'm a man but my voice cracked a little bit lol. So now I have to stop drinking and hit the steel and stop the risky activity. Thanks Ruby!

You never had a risk so your test will be negative.

I hope you sent this from the gym!

Your dry mouth could be a sign of dehydration. Some medications will cause dry mouth. Breathing through your mouth will cause dry mouth.
Drink more water, chew sugarless mint gum, suck on hard candies like lemon drops. They now make stuff specifically for dry mouth. It's OTC, try it. Dry mouth is NOT related to HIV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A "faint pull in your neck?" It's probably a muscle contracting because you haven't been exercising it for a month at the gym! A muscle pull is NOT related to HIV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to get back to the gym! NOW

Thanks for your encouraging words Ruby, I appreciate it. I'll do my best to think positive, its been kind of hard to ignore this random dry mouth today and this faint pull in my neck that comes and goes. Praying for the best.

You never had a risk so there is no need to wait for test results to return to the gym.

There is ALSO no need for you to keep checking for signs and symptoms of HIV because you never had a risk.

Virtually every "symptom" you've told us about can be directly related to stress and anxiety.

Go to the gym. Pump some iron, pound the water, cut back on the alcohol and eat good nutritious food............take care of your body, your mind will follow.

Well nothing is really stopping me lol plus my trainer has been blowing my phone up. I just wanted to make sure I was cleared first from the Doctor all the events just been taking a toll I'm tired of feeling everywhere for swelling or looking in the mirror staring at my tongue the thirst and lack of sleep these past couple weeks just been a bit much but your right It always has been a great stress reliever and I took some multi vitamins today and caught myself running up steps. Anyway thanks for the support and hopefully I can return with some good news. Thanks again!

What is stopping you from going to the gym? It would be an excellent way to deal with your stress as well as getting your "muscle mass" back.

Wishing you continued good health.

I can do that. I've noticed more and more people have told me to stay off the net even a doctor at the clinic. Plus I haven't been to the gym for a month now so my body is already freaking out on top of all this. I'm just ready to be healthy get my muscle mass back and not put myself in compromising situations like this again. Thanks again.

If you feel you need to test for your peace of mind, there is nothing wrong with that.
Ask for a 4th generation DUO test which will be conclusive.

Thanks for your response. I'm hoping that's the case and its something I can recover from cause I slammed shots and drinks down on an empty stomach (which I know was dumb) and true I have been spending days online reading and racking up symptoms trying to replay the night. Not to be repeated. I'm getting blood work done on Saturday I'm just trying to pray for the best, along with not jacking up my liver too bad.

You had protected sex, the condoms did not fall off and you would absolutely know if either of them had broken.

You had NO RISK.

Your intestinal problems were probably due to a bug you picked up and are NOT related to HIV.

I'm sure any anxiety you were, or are feeling, is from looking up symptoms on the Net. Very bad idea. Ask us.
