Hiv from oral?

Hi, about a month ago I had unprotected oral with a Asian brothel worker in sydney , and then about 3 weeks after that I had another unprotected oral from a different Asian brothel worker . 2 weeks after I started getting sick
I had a bad headache that lasted for 2 days , then Diarrhea which I still have , swollen lymp nodes on my neck and rift under my right jaw , and a sore throat , I'm scared that this all related to hiv, can I still get hiv if I had a really small cut on my penis? I cut it 4 hrs before she have me oral but the cut was very small that the blind eye can't detect , and could I get hiv if she was bleeding in the mouth? I don't know if she was , just hoping she didn't . Please help
Me doctor I'm really really scared , I already had a blood test for stds the day I got a bad headache and it came back negative except for hsv1

We can't tell you what to believe, but we can tell you that our forums aren't a venue for debate over our stance that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.  Our stance will not change unless we receive definitive scientific evidence to the contrary.
