Do you frequently find yourself ruminating on these types of irrational thoughts on a regular basis? You should probably consider consulting with a mental health expert, as this line of thinking is not normal. This isn't an HIV issue, it's a mental health issue. Therefore, I'd urge you to find a therapist in your area with whom to begin sessions to overcome this irrational thought process.

Long time to hang onto this worry.  It's quite doubtful that you would have been anally raped and not realized it.  Yes, you'd likely be very sore after.  It's also very doubtful you have HIV.  Have you never had a test in your life time?  Go test one time.  You are an adult and most adults should have a routine hiv test once in their life.  Do it now and forget about this fear.  Expect to see negative, I'm fairly certain of it.

Earlier once i had the same thought when I was in a disc, i completly passed out. Again after a year I had the same thought . i got tested after a year andit came negative. I generally have fear of contracting HIV so I have till date never indulged in any sexual activity. I usually dont drink also . only few occasions I did drink. and these were the two ocassions when I just passed out.
If you were tested, then this is absolutely a non issue.  This does now sound like an anxiety situation.  Had you never tested in your life time, hey, you may have a wonder or two but since you DID test and got negatives from a situation may never have even happened and you still worry about it, it sounds like anxiety.  No more HIV fear and see a psychologist if you can't move past it.  You don't have HIV.
there were two ocassions when i passed out. Once in 2012 and for that i got tested in 2013. results negative, second one was in dec 2014. When I passed out. I just forgot about that ocassion. Although I was in room . My room was closed by. But now I feel some attendent Might have taken me raped me anally and left me . I feel now as 6 years have [passed and if such an incident had happened I am too late for getting tested.
Can I expect a last reply please?
You should read Chimas advice below again, because it also applies to your last question. This fear you have won't likely go away on its own so consider therapy to try to help you live a normal life.
Ok this is my last question. I have read a few similar questions and there have been people who claimed they might have been raped for the first time anally and they didnt feel any soreness or pain in annus. Is it due to they were drugged or were unconcious. Or is it necessary to feel pain for the first time.  Further I just want to remind you i tested negative for the first time in 2013. This incident happened in 2014 dec. So I might have to get tested again. I just want to know about the pain part. I promise after this no more question. Either I ll get tested or not.
I don't think it will help you for people to continue to perpetuate your delusions in this way. It would be more productive for you to seek out therapy at this point because it's clear that none of the sound advice you've already received here is sinking in at all and you're just singularly focused on this irrational thinking. Please seek out therapy for yourself. I'm suggesting this from compassion, not criticism.
