Hiv from swallowing and fingering
I had hook-up with a stranger from a gay dating site and we had oral sex .
I had an active oral ulcer and I blowed him for long time and swallowed his semen .
After this he gave me a head and simultaneously rimmed me ( I don't know if he had any blood in mouth)
The most scary thing is just the day after I swallowed his semen, I was fingering my ass while popping and I fear I rubbed the semen in poop inside my anus.
It's been a week and today I have a sore throat , got fever and getting red acne on my body prominently on my belly.
I fear from the above activities I did as I had oral ulcer during swallowing and I fingered my ass next day while popping.
Please help me

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
As you can see, the activities that you did are NOT on this list. Since you had no risk for HIV, any medical issues you are experiencing are not related to HIV.
There is no information that you can add that would make your events a risk for HIV.
