Hiv infectious periods/modes

Hello, I have a quick question.  There is so much information and confusing / contradicting information on the web.

Everyone seems to say that HIV can be passed in feces, urine, semen and other body fluids IF there is visible blood.  I undestrand that these bodily fluids with visible blood "could" transmit the virus with direct contact (person to person) through cuts/sores/anus/mouth in a sexual setting or (rarely) a medical setting.

YET, here is my question...
I then read that HIV IS NOT infectious after just seconds / minutes of being outside the body.  SO, does this mean that HIV in those bodily fluids OUTSIDE the body (exposed to air) in the environment are NON-INFECTIOUS (contact with them even with a cut/wound/sore)?  I/E: in cleaning up feces / blood in the environment that has been there for awhile and/or still wet.

I really appreciate the help with this.  Thank you in advance.

Thanks Teak.  So what you are saying then, is that in order for HIV to be transmitted to another human body in these bodily fluids with blood involved in them (feces, urine, etc...) it must be done so immediately / transferred in sexual contact or (rarely) medical contact [person to person].

HIV IS NOT able to infect another human in these fluids even with blood in them outside the human body - exposed to air - and not from person to person immediately, if a wound/cut/sore would come into contact with them.

Is that correct?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
