HIV fear from shoulder touch, maybe a needle stick

Team, Goodday to all, today I my office, one customer just came to the back of my shoulder and touched me, but I felt pain like something pocked with needle. Suddenly I turned back I did not see any needle.

If he has inserted needle in my shoulder, can I get infected by HIV virus. I heard hiv don’t survive outside.

Pls help

This is not a realistic concern. People don't go around poking people with needles in public. Furthermore, that's not how HIV is spread in the first place.

Do you find yourself frequently being afraid of irrational scenarios like this often? Because this is a mental issue, not an HIV issue. You would be better off seeking counseling for your phobia than posting these types of questions on here.
