INSERTIVE FELLATIO BY FEMALE THAI MASSAGER IN BANGKOK

Dear Members

I have had two instances of Oral sex i.e Fellatio and in both of them i was the insertive partner (getting sucked). It was at massage parlour in Bangkok Thailand and details of them as below :-

1st Instance : Fellatio performed by a female thai lady lasted for about 20-25 Seconds and the Semen was discharged in her mouth.

2nd Insrance : Fellatio performed by a female thai lady lasted for about 15-20 Seconds and the Semen was not discharged.

1st Instance Date : 22nd September
2nd Instance Date : 22nd October

Please appreciate if you can put my anxiety to rest and advise what are the chances of contracting HIV assuming that both the Ladies were HIV positive.

Also if there is any risk can i opt for an HIV PRO VIRAL DNA test if yes after how many days.

DNA PCR is not an approved diagnostic test. Moreover, as suggested by everyone else, you weren't at risk in order to warrant testing.

You have ignored each advice offered to you, testing is absolutely waste of time and money, you might want to see a counselor for seeking help with your anxiety for a long-term solution to your problem, which offcourse is not HIV. I repeat, you weren't at risk.

Hi Guys . I absolutely respect and agree with your advise no doubt that I have read almost each and every blog regarding INSERTIVE fellatio . But it’s my mind who is just playing games . It’s just because it’s not stated as ZERO risk and has some probabilities of estimation like 1 in 20,000 & terms used by former doctors here advising as Low risk , near zero risk etc .

Also I happened to speak to one of the doctors in Apollo back in India and he only suggested me this test & told there are very very less chances & the test is very sensitive hence also that is also feeding my mind.

I am quite confused as what has to be done . But if at all i decide to go for that test . What are the chances of accuracy pls & why is it not an approved test , any other test u would recommend me to do for my peace of mind if not this one .

It’s the mind who is playing games and just to put it at ease I am asking these sort of questions in spite of all your assurances .

My state of mind is so bad that am not able to let focus on anything except all day reading blogs and forums . Not able to sleep , eat or work properly . Much precious hours of daily routine life are just spent on internet reading various articles

You're clearly spiralling down a rabbit hole of massive and unnecessary health anxiety, judging by everything you've said here. There's nothing else we can do for you here as clearly your issue is not HIV but rather psychological. I urge you to seek a therapist with whom to discuss your irrational concerns because you won't listen to anyone here who have provided you with accurate information.

Thanks . Just today morning I have noticed one black reddish tiny painless spot inside my cheeks . Am freaked out at it , can u reconfirm again it has nothing to do with HIV . Also I have decided to go for HIV PCR DNA test next week I.E 19’days post the last exposure . Will that test be conclusive at that mark as have been reading there are many instances where in it has turned out to be False positive.

Your test will be a total waste of money. As you've already been told, no one has ever been infected with HIV by receiving oral sex and you won't be the first.

In the history of HIV , no one has ever been confirmed to have been infected by receiving oral sex. You will not be the first. This means that you have no reason to get tested.

In an adult, the only confirmed risks for HIV infection is unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing drug injection needles with infected users.
