Thank you very much I'm not an irrational person but last doubt today while walking on the road I felt some different sensation like pain in my toe....just in case if it is a needle will hiv occurs just last question do I need test
So, this falls into the category of irrational. Irrational fear. We see posts like this time to time and it's either someone that has had very little HIV education or someone that has a phobia/fear. Not sure which you are so will give you the education. I want you to memorize it and apply it to ALL situations going forward. Risks for HIV and these are the ONLY risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (with penetration) or SHARE iv needles to INJECT drugs (as in drug users, sharing needles). NOTHING else is a risk. No, you can not touch someone's blood and get HIV. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Yes, even if you have a sore on your finger, you are not going to get hiv from blood touching it. Air is present.
So, you have the three risks: 1. unprotected, penetrating vaginal sex.
2. unprotected, penetrating anal sex
3. Sharing used needles to INJECT drugs.
That's it. Apply it to everything you are afraid of with regards to hiv from now on.
