"I will appreciate any comments or statiscal facts from my exposures. "
Zero risk for protected or from unprotected oral so it is time to stop beating yourself up and move on from HIV anxiety. You don't have any medical training so should stop poking and irritating your lymph which are probably normal. Your symptoms are minor so see doc if they are bothering you.
You had Proteced Vaginal sex and unprotected oral with a woman. None of the activity expose you to HIV.
Sharing bath with them is also a No Risk for HIV.
The only confirmed risk sexually for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal.
You never needed a test.
Move ON...
Thanks for answering. I will try to move on, its just nerve wracking feeling the symptoms described.
I will try to stop poking my nodes.
During some of those exposures(1/4 of the times), I received unprotected annalingus. Does that increase the risk? Trying to forget about it but still worried a little, sore throat discomfort, and painful lymph nodes.
Sorry for expanding the initial questions.
Thanks for educate me more.
Answer is No.
Sexullay, the only confirned risk are Unprotected Anal and Vaginal Sex.
AnxiousNoMore has already given you a detailed answer.
You can go around asking "What If" questions but the fact is the Answer is Still "No Risk"
Thank you for the answers, I will follow you're advice and stop worrying, will try to relax.
I just wanted to weigh in on a comment here. JB I too had a serious anxious period of weeks this summer which was the result of a no-risk situation i put myself in. My anxiety has very much calmed down now and can tell you that it was the solid advise on this forum as well as time it took to get back to a rational state of mind.
Clearly the research shows (believe me, I had spent weeks scowering the net) that the only transmission factors for HIV are what Anxious No More has stated, so with that in mind - go in peach, learn to let go, forgive yourself, be safe, enjoy life and have a very merry Christmas.
Thanks,
Ali
Still having symptoms (painful & possibly swollen armpit , neck lymph nodes , skin rash that comes and go, torso dry skin, less energy) that won't go away, do I need to test again, or should I wait for 3 months after last exposure? Sorry for keep beating this topic.
Very worried about someone else now. Long story short I went back home, and trying to reconcile with my ex and I know her from many years and start a new life back together. Unfortunately we engage in one time unprotected sex while I was a little intoxicated. I regret the next day since I'm not sure about my status. Fast forward 2 weeks, she's not feeling well, heavy sore throat, headaches, flu like symptoms and body aches. I am worried that I infected her. How can this be happening, Is it possible that I am infected and passed it on to her. I really hope this is only a coincidence. And she will be ok, even if I'm.not. I really need help. Sorry because I keep coming back here for my irresponsible decisions.
Heres my advice.
I dont see whats the point of worrying.
U have ur risk analysed.
Symptoms are not useful to diagnose hiv.
If u r worried, get a test, simple.
I see that you haven't followed any of the advice here, particularly mine when I said for you to seek a therapist. You're wasting your time looking at HIV when it has nothing to do with you. Your problem is health anxiety and you're in a downward spiral in need of therapy. You will not get better until you get counseling. Stop wasting your time and find a therapist today.
As chima and ANM said, you really need a Therpist for your anxiety...
Oral (Giving/Receiving) and protected sex is a no risk for HIV.
Move On...
You do not have any HIV concern. Symptoms you are experiencing are 100% anxiety related.
