I don't know if I have HIV but I want some feed back on my symptoms...

Hello, I have a new boyfriend we had unprotected sex at least 5 times, now a few weeks before  this I had a all clean testing...So a couple weeks go past I start having lower back pain he tells me he may have Chlamydia.. So my pain gets to the point where I go to the hospital, they treat me I never got tested.. He goes the next day get treated, and 5 days later we have sex again.... A couple weeks after that I start having alot of symptoms as follows...
On and off back pain
Low grade fever of 99.4 (for a day)
Tightness/Stiffness in face,neck and head
Semi Loose bowel movements
On and off hip pain
Swollen lymph nodes hip area
Sweaty neck when I wake up
Small red mark on my right arm
Dry mouth
Sweaty underarms
Itchy underarms
Head feels heavy at times
Loss of appetite
Lost 10 lbs in the past month
Lil bit of fatigue not severe
Sometimes I feel difficulty breathing and tightness  in chest
Aching breast sometimes

I went to my doctors office past Tuesday had everything  done and I also had an rna test done yesterday at labcorp... I'm really really freaking out! Thanks for the feed back...

hi there....your symptoms don't suggest hiv, however if your boyfriend is being tested and treated for chlamydia i suggest you see your GP about that. Chlamydia is an easily curable STD.   Symptoms are a terrible way to gauge HIV and extremely unreliable. I for instance had many symptoms and just got my negative results.  Don't dwell on symptoms because anxiety can make your health worse. Remember, the mind is a very powerful thing.

You should both be tested.  If he does not have HIV, he can't possibly give it to you.  Take a DUO test 28 days after your last unprotected encounter.

Symptoms are meaningless - they are also symptoms of anxiety and a host of other minor ailments.  A test is the only way to know your status.
