Hiv

I met up with an escort and she was giving me oral without condom and got on top and was rubbing her vagina and the tip went in a few times. I am freaking out it lasted for about five minutes. Is there a high probability if she has aids I could get it

NO.  Unless I'm misunderstanding, you may have inserted for a few seconds.  Your risk was infinitesimal, if any risk even exists.  PEP is usually recommended for people who have had a high-risk encounter, not an extremely low-risk encounter like the one you describe.

It was the tip for a few seconds and than she would rub it on the outside and than back in the whole act was no more than five minutes
The time spent rubbing doesn't matter - that's not a risk.  Only penetration matters.
I would say less than a minute.
I wouldn't worry about this too much if I were you.

Any vaginal or anal insertion is a risk however you had very little penetration which is likely not enough to infect so I wouldn't worry much. Just test with a duo after 4 weeks or any other after 12.  Oral is zero risk because hiv is dead in air.

Should I do the prep to be safe
It is us to you whether to take PEP, and it has to be taken within 72 hours. Have you passed that timeline? You have to discuss it with a doctor.
...up to you..
No I have not passed that timeline. I don’t want to be paranoid but I want to be realistic as well.
You will have to discuss it with a doctor. Good luck.
Thanks I appreciate you! If you were in my position would you do prep
