Can HIV be transmitted during eclipse period?

Can HIV be transmitted during eclipse period(The time from acquisition to the time HIV RNA is detectable in plasma. The eclipse phase is typically about 10 days)?

It depends what the viral load is. It is possible if you have unprotected anal or vaginal sex.

Not likely.  That's the best we can tell you without knowing the entire scenario.

Thank you for the response.  My partner possibly just became positive 5 days ago and today we had unprotected sex. Can it be transmitted from him to me in that short time span.
Possibly positive? That doesn't make any sense. One can either be positive or not. Tell us the whole thing for us to assess.
