How accurate?

I had possible risk years back. I just took 3 rapid oraquick test from saliva. All 3 came back negative. Do I need to confirm with blood test from the doctor or can I 100% confirm results are conclusive?

That is completely down to you.
I would say after three tests took at the right time you have a conclusive test. However the oraquick test is not the "gold standard" as you clearly know.
I personally would be happy with 3 rapid tests done (depending on what "risks" I have taken) but the blood tests are easy to do and will give you closure then go for it.

To put a personal spin on it - if you showed me your three rapid oraquick test results as negative I would have sex with you without any worries for my own health.

3 tests were done back to back to ensure risk of false negative. The exposure was 7 years ago, unprotected insertive intercourse. Thanks for the reply.
or better yet to put a number on it the test is 92% sensitive that means it will pick up 92 out of 100 infections. you have tested three times.

also if you consider how rare HIV the negative prediction value of them test is 99.5% which in laymen's terms means if you get a negative result you should be 99.5% certain you do not have the infection
You are fine.
Theoretically speaking, it would mean a 1/1728 chance of false negative after three tests. (1/12 x 1/12 x 1/12)
The chances of 3 separate tests giving you a false negative are astronomical.  Move on with your life.
Is there a chance these test won’t detect after years of living with the virus. Especially if viral load is low. Just seems like 1-12 will get false negative.
There is greater chance that you have cancer undetected today but you don't go to your doctor and ask him to do body imaging for that, so your priorities are mixed up worrying about hiv which has less chance of being undetected in your body.
Worried I don’t understand where you get the 1/12 from the odds of a falsu negative is far far greater. And 3 would just make it even rarer. The longer you have HIV the more accurate the tests are not the other way around. You haven’t got HIV -
