i was sleeping above one lady (sex worker) , both of us were wearing clothes and i rubbed my penis on her vagine untill i started to get pre-seminal which my clothes got wet and also she started to feel orgasm and may her clothes got wet  .
i don’t know if she has HIV or not ..i am very scared if she has it  , what the probability to be infected although both of us were wearing our clothes?

HIV cannot infect outside the body. You had no risk, no matter how hard you try to argue about it. It's no risk, period, end of story.

I’m not expert but I can say this isn’t a risk if you was fully clothed of course not how would it transfer through clothes

You were told the only ways a person can get hiv on your last thread, but here is more of the same advice.
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.

Thanks  for you answer
But  i have another questions
1- is  sex through clothes on  considered as protected sex or not  because i heard only about condom or latex  not for clthes on?
2- i feel that you understood my firat question wrong.....i know that virus will die once encountered to air but my question is rubbing  between my penis and her vargine through clothes on ourbodies and both of us got orgasm fluids like pre- seminl ?
After my explanision ...
Can i repeat my main question
Is there any chance to catch any std by thus way above ?
Thanks
HIV can be transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse. You can't have an intercourse while you are dressed. So your question seems illogical.

You didn't posses any risk for HIV transmission, it was told to you before. Please accept the help offered to you and move on.
Thanks for your comment
But please try to bear me because i want to totally understand
still i have extra question :
As you told that intercourse can't be happened through clothes on bodies
But  as i know that  hiv transmit by fluids exchange and this can be happened even clothes on bodies  like as my case mentioned above
So my question , if there was no intercourse but fluids touched/ meet togther ...what the probability of catching hiv ?

Thanks
Zero. HIV can't infect outside of body. Once it's seperated from it's host, it is not infectious even if there is exchange of fluid. Therefore, since you didn't have an intercourse, there is no risk.
Let's make this simple. Which of the only 3 do you feel was your risk?
I know it was no penetration but i read several articles in this regards ', which i previous understood from almost  that if there is fluids exchange , there will be chance
So i am worried  if  both fluids are  mixed togther is kind of fluids exchange.
But from almost comments of  members  who   focusing in hiv transmission  i got two conclusions  that that penetration is mandatory to transmitt hiv due to :

1- created vacuum ( no air )  by penteration which survive the virus live .

2- fluids should pass through certain kinds of cells  inside gentials

Am i right in this conclusion  or still need more explan

Thanks
Which of the only 3 do you feel was your risk? Your answer was none, therefore you are only worrying about your own theory which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality since you don`t have any medical training.
The only science you believe in is your science fiction so you need to see a therapist or your doc for one on one discussion.
Thanks for your clarification but really really i didn't wrote for just argument
Really i want to know exactly what the detailed mechanism for contacting hiv ....to can stop my doubts each time i enjoy my  sex
May be this time i was doudtful for clothes ....next time will be for another thing
So i want to close this issue in my  brain
This is my demonstration why i continous asking
So if you don't mind to repeat my previous conclusions :

(  that penetration is mandatory to transmitt hiv due to :

1- created vacuum ( no air )  by penteration which survive the virus live .

2- fluids should pass through certain kinds of cells  inside gentials

Am i right in this conclusion  or still need more explain )

Appreciate your patience & support
Thanks
You don't have any medical training and this is not a biology class for people who want to be hiv doctors. Seek therapy because this is just an hiv prevention forum, but your anxiety and unrealistic confidence in your science fiction theories are a bit of a mental illness at this point.
It doesn't matter WHY, and that is for scientists and the medical community to worry about.  Your case is clear cut, and the modes of transmission are clear-cut.  There is nothing more to discuss about your no-risk event.
