HIV infected ?

Hi I had a sensual massage session with a lady. She ended up running her vagina against the urethra. There was no condom but lot of massage gel. When the running happened. She was on top of me. There was no penetration.

It’s been 10 days I now have swollen lymph nodes on my neck and underarms.

Is there a genuine risk of HIV transmission through massage gel medium if the urethra and penis are rubbed against each other ? Can the body fluids generated from the vagina enter the urethra without insertion but only running against it ?

Your question has been answered by multiple member that you had no risk of HIV.  There is nothing to add to that and we are closing this discussion.

Honestly? You're way overthinking this. You literally had no risk. CurfewX provided you with an excellent summary of options on how to proceed, although the obvious correct choice is clearly #1, and it's up to you how you want to proceed. There's nothing more that can be said. If you truly can't find a way to get past this, I encourage you to seek counseling because this kind of health anxiety leads to all sorts of irrational thinking that will only make you feel a lot worse.

What about the swollen lymph nodes that I just got? There is no explanation for them!

When it comes to sexual activities - no penetration = no risk.  Penetration means penis in a vagina, unprotected.  If that didn't happen, you didn't have a risk, no matter what "what ifs" you can think of.

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

If you do not do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.

Penis is rubbing the vagina. Urethra is rubbing against  the vagina. Urethra is open. Vaginal fluids are coming out. Why would it not enter the urethra ?
It's not enough fluid to infect, and if the fluid is exposed to even a little bit of air, it is unable to infect.  People do NOT get HIV in this manner - HIV infection happens only inside the body.  You do not have HIV.
Is the urethra considered as a mucus membrane ?
Yes, but there is nothing you can say, or think of, that would turn this into a risk event.  Again, no penetration = no risk.
I also has the same exposure 3 weeks ago i did hiv duo combo and p24 antigen test its turned negative i was cover with underwear she was also cover with underwear no penetration no oral sex no kiss just rubbing vagina through penis but in layers of underwear  i did ejacuate inside my underwear since from next day i  have started extreme anxiety symptoms

I also have the same doubt about the vaginal fluids mucuos membrance brother we have to accept this was a mistake and try to forget the more we foucs more we will get suffer

My suggestion to you is come out from this things  till 3 months then you get tested every day dying from anxiety is worst then any other thing ...  dont worry everything will be fine
nazar11, it seems you're recommending OP to test at 3 months, which should not be the case. if I'm wrong I apologize, your English is a bit hard to understand. however if you are recommending, this would be incorrect as there was never a risk and will feed anxiety until then. CurfewX has provided the correct answer and all then info needed to protect yourself against HIV.
No I am not recommending  I am bad at English I am just telling him don’t worry I am also in same situation everything will be fine  don’t Think too much because health anxiety can make life very worst

I am just telling him to get out of this don’t think of it he has no risk
He doesn't need to know about your anxiety. His own situation is not yours so you can't guess which boat he is in.  He just needs the facts that he doesn't have HIV.
Nazar11.
Thanks but we are not in the same situation. I have these swollen lymph nodes in my nceck and underarms which I have never experienced in my previous 32 years and I’m not able to explain why they are there. These have popped up all of a sudden without any explanation. Again, this is something that I have never seen in my body before.
We had no underwears on. No layers. Just an unprotected head rubbing against the vagina.
Anxiousnomore
How can it be said with absolute certainty that in the event of an unprotected head being directly rubbed against vagina, there isn’t the slightest chance for vaginal fluids to have entered the unprotected head or the mucous membrane of the urethra ?

These lymph nodes on my body in neck and underarms do not appear all of a sudden without a reason ?

CurfewX
What’s the real difference between penetration and event where there is direct contact between open unprotected head against the vagina.
You say the fluid is not enough for infecting. We are talking about an instant movement of fluid from vagina into the open head ? Are you saying with absolute certainty that there isn’t a slightest chance for the fluid to have entered the unprotected urethra ?
The difference is that one is a method of infection and the other is not.  Do you think the world's leading health organizations, including the WHO and the CDC, forgot to mention that genital rubbing is a risk? Do you think that the doctors who used to post here forgot to mention that it was a risk? That would be a pretty major oversight.

You have several options:
1) believe the facts that we have presented here and move on with your life,
2) don't believe the facts, stress yourself out for no good reason and get a test, which will be negative,
3) wear protection all the time, no matter what you're doing.

It makes no difference to me which you choose, but it will make a great difference to you and your mental state.
Dear no need to worry  you didn’t expose in any high risk so firstly I recommend you to stop thinking negatively  what ever you have symptoms is from anxiety  just move on with life and forget about this  be confident you are perfectly fine
