Sex with a Prostitute 4 Weeks Back

Dear Doctor,

First of all, I think you're doing a great job, God Bless You.

The last time had sex was 4-5 weeks back (with a Sex worker), it was a protected sex and after the sex was over I did check that if the condom was broken during the intercourse and it look to be fine. 2 weeks back I started having cough and sore throat ( it increased when I traveled to another city) I took some over the counter medicines and after that the Sore Throat was gone and cough decreased, since past 1 week I am feeling a bit feverish, tired and there is a lack of appetite. Also, I have been to a massage parlor few times(2-3) in 1 month where I got hand job with some oils.

Could it be a STD?

Please advice.

Thanks & Regards,
Suraj

Thank you Midnight_Sun for your reply. God Bless you.  One thing I forgot to add above is I am also feeling a mild burning while urinating. Do I need to get tested for any STD or UTI?

Please advice.
