But teak what if the needle had HIV in the syringe would it have been injected inside of me while they were withdrawing my blood.

But I just have an thought that maybe it was a accident and maybe he re-used it on a honest mistake if so what would be my chances of getting the virus if it had HIV on it. I was the first one in the clinic @ so if It was re-used it had to be sitting around for @ least 12 hours can hiv survive that long outside of the body?
