Oral sex and on PrEP 2-1-1

Hello, iam gay ( bottom ).
I have a question
On 16/07/2022 i had a little cut in my ass. So next 2 days 18/07/2022 i started PrEP 2-1-1( first time i used PrEP). I had oral sex with a guy in gay sauna ( he didnot cum in my mouth) after 3hours the first 2 dose, and he but his finger in my ass aswell. After 24h and 48h i have followed properly PrEP dose 3 and dose 4. So do i have risk with HIV ? And how about STI ? Thankyou so much

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of, including the ones that you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV.  You didn't need PrEP for this event, but if you are going to continue taking it as a precautionary measure for future potential risk events (unprotected intercourse), then that makes sense.

You didn't get HIV from this event, even without the PrEP, and there's no reason to test. This forum only covers HIV questions, but you can ask about STDs here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98

Thankyou so much!
So my anus having a cut? If his finger in my anus. Is ut no rick ???
You were already answered . . . no matter what you add to fingering, cuts, pain, whatever . It is not a risk.
Also Prep is prophylactic treatment to prevent HIV. You don't take it after what you think was an exposure. If you are on Prep, then you should not be in fear of HIV as you are ever as it helps prevent it.  Perhaps you mean pep. Which is done post exposure. But you are supposed to have an exposure to start it. What doctor gave you pep for this non risk? That was irresponsible of them. The risks are stated above, and unless you have one of those three, there is no risk.
No, that is PrEP on-demand.
It is STILL prophylactic. But understand what you are referring to. However, you didn't have any risk in the first place.
Thankyou so much
Can i have a question. Iam worry about the cut. How big of the cut on finger or the cut inus can get risk. Bcuz i always have cut in anus. Can you talk more to me about thÆ° cut plz. Thankyou
You have already been advised of the only risks for HIV, and none of them involve a finger.  There is no need to continue asking about your no-risk event.
