Hiv

I come from Indonesia. 20 days ago I had unprotected oral sex for about 3 minutes and after oral I penetrated my vagina using a condom. but the next day my penis hurts in the trunk and itching on the inner shaft. after that a rash appeared on the groin and thigh the doctor said it was herpes some doctors said it was a fungus. I did a rapid test 15 days later I was negative and I tested again 2 then negative again. is it valid? Is there a risk of contracting HIV from my sex?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, tongue, maybe cuts,  maybe blood etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no hiv risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv symptoms, now that you know you don't have hiv.

well thank you very much. What I'm afraid of is that I don't know if the woman is infected with HIV or not because she is a commercial sex worker. I was so scared after googling and consulting with an internist doctor in Indonesia saying that saliva also contains HIV so I suggest testing again 3 months later, on January 16, 2023
Indonesian doctor said that my incident was at high risk of contracting HIV. what about genital herpes? is it possible if the woman is positive for HIV and herpes. I just got herpes?
You have ignored all the advice and have stated that you only believe an Indonesian doctor, so I have no idea why you posted your questions on this forum. We rely on the advice of expert doctors, and the science hasn't changed in the 40 years of hiv history.
All your hiv questions were answered MULTIPLE times in my advice, already so I'm not going to restate the answers.
Since you didn't answer the QUESTION, I'll do it for you. Answer> No, there wasn't a penis in my anus and she didn't inject me with a hollow needle during the sex so I had zero risk and should move on from hiv fears.
sorry if I offended you. I was just too anxious and afraid that this incident would destroy my relationship with my wife. do you think it's better if I do a retest, what do you think? because in Indonesia most of the tests are 3rd generation
You had no risk for HIV.  You did not need to test even once.  You cannot get a positive HIV test when you were never at risk for HIV.  Move on from this event.
Sorry I'm being paranoid because new HIV sufferers in the city I live in are increasing.
there was no error in that incident. only I put on a condom before my penis is fully erect
It doesn't matter how paranoid you are.  Being paranoid does not turn a no-risk event into a risk event.  There is NO DETAIL that you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.  MOVE ON.
