I work in  Africa now,   I was wounded by wire in twelve days ago(now 2016-10-12), Right hand little thumb broken skin ,There was a slight bleeding from the wound,The blood is almost impossible to seep out. I use saliva immediately disinfection and wipe it with hands. The wound could not see the bleeding again.  Half an hour later, I used 75 degrees of medical alcohol disinfection .There is no pain in the wound,I can guarantee that the wire has not hurt anyone else in 5 minutes. The wire is about a millimeter in diameter,If  a man was stabbed by the same wire in 5 minutes ago,This person has been infected with HIV .Could I possibly be infected ??

HIV can not be "killed" as yet, but it can be rendered inactive and unable to infect.
And yes, 5 minutes would be more than enough time for the virus to become inactive.
There are a few exceptions, but none that would affect your situation. Please rest assured that you were at NO RISK

You had no risk for HIV and do not need to test.

Even IF someone with HIV HAD cut themselves on this same wire 5 minutes prior to you being cut, any blood on the wire would have been exposed to air and temperature changes and would be rendered inactive. (Unable to infect)

This is NOT how HIV is transmitted.
