HIV worries

I'm a 21yo gay male.
I have a propensity for anxiety and am looking for a little bit of reassurance. Just under six weeks ago, I had exposure to a man who later turned out to be HIV+ Undetectable. There was very little anal and we went protected, even oral exposure was protected, however there was fingering and he jacked me off. I now have had sickness and diarrhoea (suspected bug, lasting three days) and I have little red spots developing on my palms (in the last week or so). It looks like a rash and I'm really really scared. I did a Biosure ELISA test yesterday and it came back negative but since then the spots have multiplied. I'm really scared, what do I do?

If you are still scared the only way to get peace of mind is to go get tested again. They have test at stores that will detect 3 months after exposure. (Oraquick) I don't think you have anything to worry about but having proof always sets your heart at ease!

You never had a risk and your negative test proves it.
