I am worried about hiv too much.

I am 30 year old and i like gay's, my question is last week i sex with Philippines gay in uae we meet in a hotel we have good time, i am top he gives me blowjob and i lick his anas very deeply after that i put condom and we had sex in the middle of sex i observed that condom is not fully covered my penis so i stop and correct the condom and Start again till i ejaculated, but after 2 days i have severe anxiety about thay i call him and asked him about hiv status he says he is totally ok but my mind cannot stop worrying, then i give him money for STD's test including hiv he did all the tests and the tests comes negative..
*My question is does i am safe or not because i am so stressed and depressed, he says he meet one guy 2 weeks before he meet me
* he tested for all STDs all shows negative but i am thinking about what if if he is on window period he did the 24 antigen test but his last encounter was two weeks before he meet me.
*And i do always protected sex using condom but this time condom not fully covered my penis that's why i am worrying too much please any dr.....!!!

Only the head of your penis needs covered during the protected anal. So that was safe even if you had some of your penis showing. Air and saliva inactivate the virus so this wouldn't be a risk for HIV nor would anal licking or blow job. You wouldn't get HIV that way. The only risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. So, you had no risk and don't bug the other guy about testing.
Only the head needs to be covered, so you were fully protected. Move on back to your happy life and forget about this non-event. Hiv doesn't burrow like a worm into your penis to infect you, it has to travel down the urethra which was covered.

Sir I also received his hiv negative report at the very next day p24 antigen blood test. He done it from last 2 weeks before he meet me.. does it consider to be negative??
