60hours old superficial cuts can get hiv when exposed to blood

A girl i know expired due to hiv stage 4 with hepatomegaly and multiple clots near liver my doubt is one of my relative washed by touching her feet and dipped his hand in the same mug of water and i dipped my hand in same water and i had mild superficial cuts which didnt bleed at all.. Is there any chance of risk please clear it out please

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of the two activities I mentioned above, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   HIV does not transfer from person-to-person via a third party - in this case, that third party is water.  It is NEVER transmitted by blood that is outside of a living host (a person).

This scenario was ZERO risk to you and you do not need to test.

What if she had hcv virus does it transmit through 60hours old non bleeding superficial cuts on finger when came in contact with water in  this case please reply
You have to go to the hcv forum for that answer. This is just HIV.
