I had anal sex worried

HI doctor,
greetings for the day.
I had anal sex 18days before while entering my condom got broke i feel my penis went inside my gay partner for 2 seconds.. after 15days of expouser i tested in india.
HIV (Chemiluminescence- Ag/Ab
Combo) result 0.8

Non reactive =1.00
VDRL/RPR
(Serum/Slide Flocculation)

it was negative but am still worried abut my concern and mistake..  please help and let me know how much safe i am?

Unlikely to transmit HIV, 28 day DUO test or 6 week antibody test.
