hiv tested negative after 10 months of exposure but still tongue problems

I have tested more than 7 antibody test within 6 months of exposure.
After 10 months hiv test result is negative.
But I still hope it 'll be positive after years.
Because I experienced all symptoms of hiv after sex with the girl.
And all symptoms when away.
After 10 months now symptoms available are
1. White tongue
2. Tongue ulcers
3. Skin redness (sometime)
4. Weakness in leg (sometime)
5. Low dizziness (sometime)
6. Blur vision (most of time)
7. Swollen lymph nodes in my Neath of jaw ( I feel not confirmed)
Please suggest me what should I do

I can tell you're very scared with high anxiety.  I think you have done extensive testing so it is not HIV.  However, fear and anxiety can be a doozy to your health (trust me, I know).

Try to calm down and give yourself some peace and see if your symptoms go away.

Good luck and many blessings!

Thank u for reply
I hope so it is anxiety
But  Whites tongue and ulcers don't go away. Sometime it is paining.
And the 1st 2 / 3 months of exposure I got severe  skin redness and itching muscle in hands and chest.
And one more thing
I was very much scared still 6 months negative result after that I feel relaxed and don't panic any more.
But why these symptoms remains yet

Actually I can't recognize that is blur vision or light headness or dizziness.
But something different I feel
Wishing you very happy new year
"But why these symptoms remains yet " Since you don't have any medical training, it is not surprising that you can't figure why you have health problems, and is not surprising that you are focused on a disease that you can't even have.
You have HIV phobia, so either see your doctor or a therapist. Constantly studying your body and trying to diagnose with no medical training has wasted 10 months of your life so far - it is time to admit you can't use Google to be a doctor .
Thank u anxious no more for your support.
I just had only some tabs for my tongue after 4 months of exposure written by ENT specialist.
But didn't go away.
I thought it is because of hiv only so I don't go again for treatment.
Do You really think 6 months hiv test is conclusive .
Again thank u for your answer.

You don't have HIV and the "symptoms" you list are self-diagnosed so some if not all of them may be just in your imagination. For instance, if you have blurred vision it doesn't come and go so get an eye checkup.
This is not a diagnostic forum and you don't have any medical training, so check with your doc since you have been concerned about your health for a long time and have been fixated on a disease that you can't have.
It is abnormal to test negative repeatedly for the same disease. Any more testing will be an HIV phobia so if you plan to do that consider a therapist instead.
