HIV risk with some symptoms and anxiety

Hi,

First of all thanks everyone here for helping. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to explain all.

1. I had a possible exposure 28 days ago. It's a legal brothel in Australia, although she was Eastern European. During sex, I wore condom however after I came in, we realised that it was broken and I came mostly in apparently. When I asked her if she had any disease, she told me she is 100% sure she is clean. After the incident, I also called them a few times on the 3rd week, although they said they do regular checks like every 3-6 months, though I couldn't get a clear response about when she was tested last time. And I had to call them a few times because they would just not return to my emails at all which also added to my worry.
Also, later I realised, although she was still there on the 1st and 2nd week, she was not there last week and this week (3rd and 4th weeks). This increased my anxiety immensely. When I asked them last week if she was still working there they had said yes though.
Although I don’t really fear much she would get anything during work but I think I just worry if she would get it outside of work. My worry is around this I think.

2. After the incident, starting next day, a gradually increasing sensation, kind of a burning feeling on the left side of the penis started to happen. Even though I could feel like it was on the skin, when I was checking it, there was nothing on the skin and no pain on the skin so it must have been inside. Pretty weird. Also it was hurting more when the penis was eracted.
After 10 days I went to GP and the urine test was negative. Then on the 3rd week the sensation subsided and now it’s almost gone.

3. On late 3rd week, I started to have fever, although only during the day - which I know because I realised no fever when I was waking up in the middle of the night. (Night 35.6, day 37.0, sometimes more like 37.6 maybe. These are from under tongue. Once I did over forehead and it was a bit over 38. Although when I repeated that one with under tongue it was 37.0). It's also been kind of a burning feeling on my face, forehead and over my cheeks/below eyes. And also I was fearing of rashes on over my cheeks/below eyes area, because they look red, but no rashes I think. They kind of look like I was out too much in the sun, also I can describe the feeling pretty similar to that feeling as well. Now it subsided (after a week). I can still feel it but not much I think.

4. Then, at the end of the 4th week (two days ago) my throat was sore - kind of an irritating feeling. I am a smoker so I actually realised this was coming even a few days ago and stopped smoking, however the sore throat still came. Now it's the second day I am feeling it. No really pain when swallowing, just a sensation. No really coughs and even they are, they don’t feel like dry cough. (I also feel having some mucus on my throat, not sure if it is a sign for something.) But I have this kind of burning/irritating feeling on the beginning of my throat, which I remember this feeling from when I smoke too much, although I haven’t been smoking much last week (the week before though I smoked a lot).
Also, I want to mention that I think I haven't had sore throat like last 5/10 years or so it’s not a usual thing for me to have. I also have no running nose (only happened once when I was walking out in the cold) or sneezes (only happened a few times). I also need to mention this is winter here, although not that cold (8-17 degrees during day). I also started to have some sore on my left jawbone today, not sure if it is only a temporary sore.

5. I also feel like I lost many kilos lately. I already was not eating well before but I realised the loss of weight a lot this last week. Although I started to have regular meals last few days it still feels like it.

Q.
1. Do they look like any symptoms to you like how it develops? Like late 3rd week, mild fever and starting to have a sensation on throat and late 4th week having a sore throat.
2. Would you getting worried hearing all the things above (including the description of the brothel/worker and the symptoms) or would they make no sense/difference to you?
3. Although the borthel told a few times they do checks, as they haven’t given any specific answer and her not being there last 2 weeks worrying me a lot. Is my worry valid or would they already tell me if something was wrong?
4. I am thinking of getting testes at 6 weeks. Do you think it is necessary?
5. I am overly stressed and anxious last 10 days (I am shaking at nights sometimes when I think about the possibilities and having trouble sleeping), although the statistical chance is really low, what are my real chances considering all above?
6. As I am overly stressed lately, would my stress create all these symptoms?

Thanks a lot for reading and taking your time.

Thank you.
Does anyone else have any other inputs on this please?
Thanks.

Symptoms are not used to diagnose even by a doctor, so no one here can give any input on those. It is a terrible waste of your time studying your body after Googling HIV symptoms (which is frustratingly useless and anxiety provoking too) because it only makes your anxiety worse since no useful conclusions can be drawn.

You can take a duo test after 28 days for a conclusive result so do that now, and you won't have any more "what-if" questions to think about.
Likely she is negative if she supplied the condom, otherwise why would she pay for that expense when all she cares about is protection from her clients, not the other way around. Condom failures are rare so if she tests regularly then the odds are really low that it failed between her last test and now. think about that while you try to relax until you can test.
