I tested for HIV twice 7,5 weeks after possible exposure, can the results change?

I tested for HIV twice (2nd and 3rd) generation almost 8 weeks (52 days) after possible exposure, and both came negative. But I’m feeling some symptoms (some low fever, below 37,5C/98,5F; and two swollen lymph nodes in the neck and one in the groin; diarrhea). I tested after started feeling the symptoms at about 7 weeks, and both came negative. One of the tests said that its window period was 6 weeks. Is this a conclusive result?

Hi, it was oral sex.
You didn't have any risk for HIV.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, oral sex is not on the list of risks.

You did not need to test once. You certainly did not need to test twice. Any test you take, or have taken, at any time will be conclusive and negative, since you were never at risk for HIV.
