Do I need to restest for HIV

Thank you for your time. I had unprotected sex with a women of unknown hiv status vaginal sex for about 30-40 minutes and tested at Kaiser for STDs including HIV. All tests were blood drawn from vein. The days that I tested negative were 22, 30 and 135 post exposure and did not have new risks or exposures since then. Additionally, I took 4 oraquick oral swab tests on week 17, four on week 18 and 2 recently on week 22 which all were negative. Reading your responses, you answered my questions regarding COVID having no affect on the test results. Since then, these are the symptoms I have experienced: nausea, headaches near eyebrows, muscle and joint pain, tingling in hands and arms, sore throat, costocondritis, fast heart rate, only Two night sweats. Never a fever, no rash, no oral thrush, no discharge. I had an ultra sound day 32 and they said my lymph nodes in my stomach were prominent and they diagnosed as mesocentric adentitis. I googled it and one of the reasons my lymph nodes were prominent is due to hiv so that really got my anxiety over the roof.

Do I have HIV?

You WAY, WAY overtested.  I suspect that Kaiser told you as much. Since you mentioned Kaiser, I know you're in the US, and there is no reason on earth to test beyond 42 days using a lab test.

Move on from this event. You don't have HIV.

I am trying to but when you have an ultra sound day 32 and they diagnose me with prominent lymph nodes in my abdomen, it causes concern . I searched causes for that and it stated hiv. But then I tested negative 2 days before and then on day 137 which confuses me. Despite all those symptoms which I have never experienced until after exposure, you think I am fine?
I have already given a full and complete answer. Whatever is causing your medical issues has nothing to do with HIV.

Your question has been fully and accurately answered that your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV. You've tested negative conclusively.

As curfewX mentioned .. you are overtested for no reason . You do not have hiv . All symptoms you mentioned are non specific symptoms and hiv diagnosed mainly by testing not symptoms ..  lymph node in stomach area is non specific and many things might cause except hiv for you cause you do not have hiv . Book appointment with your physician to discuss lymphnode issue which is mostly non specific and will be normal finding. Move on and live you life . Again your testing confirm that you do not have hiv  .

I texted the women after if she was “clean” and she said yes trust me. We did go to her place to do it. She was confident she was clean. It was my first one night stand unprotected sex. All other times have been with people that I least go ou
I'll be the third person to chime in that your questions are anxiety driven and have been answered. Leave the poor woman alone and don't text her again. You need to move on from this situation.
I texted the woman the day after. That was the only time I reached out to her. I have been doing better with the anxiety, but thoughts come to my head thinking of all those symptoms I experienced from week 1 to about 8 months.
You had zero hiv symptoms. It is time to let those ideas go away instead of making an imaginary diagnosis.
Doctors can't diagnose hiv from symptoms, so no one here pays attention to poster's claims of symptoms anyway - most symptom claims, are in their imagination from fear.
Therefore, you should stop wasting your time studying your body and making endless claims about your diagnosis that no one here will ever pay attention to.
I respectfully disagree as I did experience those symptoms and they were not imaginary hence why I believe that my tests are false negatives. I experience more anxiety symptoms now a days but I had Severe headaches, joint pain, abdominal pain, pins and needles, sore throat and cough. Wouldn’t you think the same?!?!? I know i tested at 3, 4, and 19 weeks using blood lab test but it’s hard to accept
Whether or not you experienced symptoms is irrelevant and htat has been pointed out a few times, but you keep skipping over the advice in order to post yet another symptom statement - totally irrelevant.
You don't have hiv, and have ignored all the advice here, while you keep trying to work up a symptoms diagnosis that no doctor or person here would pay any attention to. If you spent any time actually reading the advice here, you would not ask that last question "Wouldn’t you think the same?" because the answer was given in my post that NO DOCTOR pays attention to "hiv" symptoms, so NO ONE here would feel the same. You don't have any medical training, so you should have zero faith in your own ideas but instead, you only believe your own ideas - you effectively tell everyone here that you are the only one who knows about hiv because of your symptom analysis/diagnosis  - which in fact is just uninformed googling that is the cause of all your problems.
First step to peace is to stop googling symptoms cold turkey. Second is to stop studying your body cold turkey. Since you have done neither of the 2 required anxiety relievers, you remain anxious with thoughts that somehow those headaches etc. are proving hiv. They prove ZERO.
No body can help you to go out of this dilemma if you do not help your self . Why you think that your test is false negative cause you have headache and joint pain ... you know how many people have headache and joint pain without any reason ..  you know how many reasons that might cause headache other than hiv cause you do not have hiv .. guilty and anxiety both make you unable to think... you do not beleive your test results cause you are blaming your self all the time... anxiety itself can cause your headache, joint pain and abdominal pain .
always ask your self . Why i should believe that you i not have hiv ? It is science . You have the proof that you do not have hiv .. 137days result is conclusive . You have a proof that you do not have hiv which is your test results .. if you can not beleive that please consult therapist or psychiatrist they will help you to overcome this anxiety.move on .
