hetero men ( or even exclusive active (top) gay men) - event based prep and pep

PREP.
based on recent research on event based prep,  can hetrosexual men do so? ( 2 travada before sex and keep taking until 48 hours after last sex).. or should heyerosexual men syart prep 3 weeks before unprotected vaginal sex?

PEP.
similarly, after sex... should hetero sexual men stop taking truvada after 48 hours.. or continue for 28 days... As truvada is also sometimes excusively prescribed as a PEP...  idea is should a man get infected despite using PREP ( 80% probability wont get infected from hetero studies)  then the 28 day PEP further gives 90% protection as its automatically started within 24 hours based on daily dosage regimen.  effectively hetero-men get a 96% protection with this method atleast.
any thoughts?

These are questions for a professional - a doctor, pharmacist, or the clinic who prescribe the medication.  The questions you're asking are far too complex for this or any online peer-to-peer forum.
