Fingure cut like visible blood

Today I went to gay crusing pub. I didnt do any oral anal sex as due to hiv fear. Just touched masturbated one guy penis for 5 seconds dont know if precum was there. As other came there I left the place. Just reached home
On the way I wiped my hand with sanitizer just my habbit. Suddenly on the side of the last fingure it burned. After coming home i realised there is thin cut with blood visible. It's not bleeding but thin line of blood. I dont remember I have this before entering the pub. So i must have hit something in the pub or on the way back.
I am freaking out as i used the same hand for mastrrbating a guy for 5 sec. Don't know if he had precum there.
Have I got the risk of hiv
Please help.
Already high fear of hiv due to which i don't do any anal sex.
Waiting for reply.
Thanks

You have a lot of HIV fears that have been answered. I think this one is the same kind of question.
https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Hickey-and-anal-finguring/show/3011986
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You would need a deep gaping wound like in a car accident with the virus thrust deeply inside to even be a theoretical risk, however the pain from the cut would be so intense that you wouldn't be fingering anyone - so occurrence of the event is impossible.
