can you feel a needle prick when you sleep?

I just wonder whether a person can still feel the needle stick if he or she is sleeping pretty sound and deep. I am afraid of getting stuck when sleeping. Thank you!

You aren't going to sleep when getting stuck by a needle.

Alright thank you. I am just concerned that I was sleeping very deeply. I am afraid that I might lose my sensing ability that time.

You've already discussed this in the OCD forum, which is where the discussion belongs.  This is irrational thinking and not an HIV concern.

Do you mean that the needle stick will definitely awaken me?
