QTND-Oral Sex, Night sweats

7 weeks ago I had sex with two CSW at a FKK Brothel in Koln Germany. Both incidents were protected vaginal intercourse preceeded by bj's (1st episod-2 minutes), (2nd episode 15 minutes). During the second encounter, I performed cunnilingus on the CSW for approximately 30 seconds. I stopped and spit out everything. Not sure if it was just spit, I focused on the clit only, but I definitely stopped. My gums do beed from time to time, but I'm preety sure that didn't happen during this episode. Two weeks after the exposure, I had a brief episode of nasal drip and cough. Went to the doctor got some antibiotics for bronchitis and it cleared up. While on antibiotics I had two nights during the course of the first two weeks that resulted severe night sweats. SInce then, I have been feeling worried and sick. I have had no fevers, but I have had one more night of drenching sweat in the past weak with no fever. I have a white spot on the inside of my cheek, (looks like leukoplakia NOT Hariy), I have had a general feeling of being tired, but I still find time to get to the gym.  I have had a pain that lasted a two days in my right  armpit and left check, not sure if it is swollen lymph nodes. It went away during my antibiotic treatment. Either way, I'm scared to death and I have not taken an HIV test just yet.I really do think that this is anxiety, because I keep thinking that I'm that guy. I have had scares like this in the past and all of the symptoms I describe I have add before, except the three nights of night sweats. My temperature is constant at 96.4F and this to is kind of freaking me out, not sure if that is normal. Also, the white spot on the inside of my cheek. Either way, I'm curious what my risk is. Please , any Doctor, please respond. I will donate. I will post results, just need to know my risk if any or if I even need testing.

Oral sex is zero risk for HIV transmission.You do not need testing.

wow. just like that? seriously? You are telling me that no heterosexual male has gotten HIV from oral sex? Is this true? I've seen some of the cases, but its been 30 plus years. How do I get the docs to respond? I want to give them my money before my test.
