You cannot contract HIV in a barbershop when getting a shave, haircut or anything else.  Once outside of the its host (the human body) the HIV virus is almost immediately rendered inactive and is unable to infect.  The HIV virus is very fragile small changes in temp, PH, moisture etc... all damage the virus which is why environemntal transmission simply does not occur.

There has never been a documented case of HIV transmission occur during playing sports either so you can stop worrying about that one as well.

HIV needs a receptive environment for transmission to occur and this happens INSIDE the body not out.

Nothing that you have asked is a risk.
