Im kinda scared of hiv at this moment i never had these symptms

I had relationships exactly 1 month ago without protection and in that period I had relationships again with a different person which came out candida albicans on my penis but later the dr gaved me medicine and it disappeared after two days and the infection was very mild which then we decided me and my friend to take an HIV and syphilis blood test which she was clean but my fear is that the first woman I never knew her status I'm afraid to have HIV because after 3 weeks inside my mouth on my tounge started to appear like a pimple and then another one appeared, the first one gradually disappeared and the second one stayed and never burst, it just hurt a lot and in the back of my throat I had the same thing, it hurt terribly when I ate, it lasted 4 days and it went away right now I have little, very slight pain and almost nothing the pain is in my tongue i have no pain in my throat anymore... no tempeture no nothing to be honest and my question is if I make myself some hiv p24 test analysis at 31 30 days I would have some hope of not having that disease ... now i made me an hiv p24 at the 21 days but i think its to early... thanks alot

Trying to follow your post. It's a little hard to read. But you say you had unprotected sex. I assume that is vaginal or anal? Can you confirm? No symptoms are ever used to diagnose HIV including a sore in mouth. Only a risk assessment and then a test during the appropriate time frame gives the answer. A 4th generation duo test needs to be taken at 28 days or beyond to be conclusive but a test taken at 21 days is unlikely to change. There is less than 1 percent transmission rate with a one time unprotected exposure.

vaginal sex, my bad.
Yes, sorry I didn't explain well but I get very nervous talking about it.. the thing is that apart from vaginal sex I did oral sex on the two women... and the first woman is the one I don't know anything about her status
assumed that and already answered your question fully.
Although i consumed drugs and alcohol
ok i understand .... i appriciate your hard work
Consuming drugs and alcohol doesn't increase your risk other than perhaps lessening your judgement. The only risk you mention is unprotected vaginal sex. Test at 28 days for a conclusive result but it's less than 1 percent chance of transmission. Oral sex is no risk for hiv. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.

It would help if you used periods and sentences.
he p24 antigen test is accurate 11 days to 1 month after getting infected, so you should stop looking at your body for a disease you don't have. No one here pays attention to symptoms because hiv doctors can't diagnose from symptoms.

And the first woman is the one that I don't know anything about her status, it was exactly one month ago. Let's ignore the first one bcus she is clean and took her to make some tests and it showed up shes negative...

The one that I don't know what disease she has is the first woman. ( exactly one month from today 30 days aand i made an hiv with p24 at 21 days also.
Regarding the oral read below.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( mouth, maybe blood, maybe cut, fluids,  etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe. Any hiv test would be a waste of time.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
No risk=no hiv disease=no ARS symptoms.

You are mixed up because I already answered the second woman issue. Since you tested within the timeline I gave you then your fear listed in your latest post makes zero sense. " i made an hiv with p24 at 21 days "
i diid had unprotected sex with those 2 womens the first one is the one shes giving me headaches bcus i dont know her status........... bro im so freaked out bcus of my small symptoms.
i forgot to mentioned i consumed drugs only cocain and alchol small amounts im not an alcholic or drugs that happend only that day.... and ill show you guys my results i promise tomorrow thanks for your hard work.
You need to move on. Next time you do a test read the instructions or ask the nurse so you don't have to worry afterwards if you did something wrong. You tested in the "11 days to 1 month" window. Correct? Then it's time to move on instead of obsessing over your tongue and throat.
This is not your doctor's office so no one needs to know about your test results tomorrow - which is a waste of time anyway, per my advice in this and the other post - it appears you are just testing for hiv because you think your tongue isn't right, which makes ZERO sense.
ok sir ty
