It would be great if you could help!

Dear all,
I am writing with fear filling all of me.
I am a 24 years lady who promised her self to be virgin until marriage. But my resistance didn’t help me in many occasions; however, I am doing well so far!

Lately, I met someone and I got attracted to him, I ended up having external “sex” with him (if it could be called so), that includes rubbing only without protection, NO penetration, NO ejaculation was involved at all time. However, sometimes it used to go somehow deep, but I am 100% sure that I am virgin still.
The harsh rubbing used to cause me redness and burning later on, yet haven’t seen blood drops.
My main concern now is: Could the pre *** from his side be of any risk on me? If we also consider that a small amount of semen came out from him before he pulls it away, could this be of any risk on me as well?
What is the likelihood of having HIV transmitted to me given the entire mentioned scenario?
The guy’s HIV situation is not clear to me (All I know is that he had a negative result 2 years ago) and he looks perfectly healthy,
I might be over worried but I hate to be under stress, especially when it comes to HIV and to things that we can’t really see in our eyes nor can know exactly what was going on that moment!

Appreciate getting back to me on this, really.

Best,

Thanks a lot for your reply, well, there was no penetration, yet a trial for that, and it stopped at a point that no penetration happened..
I am sure that I am still virgin, what do you think of the whole story...could there be any possibility?

my son has hiv...he "looks" healthy.

transmission requires penetration...but i'm confused regarding your description.  you state no penetration...but also state it went "deep".
