What are my HIV risks?

I recently (a week back) had unprotected fellatio and protected vaginal intercourse with a girl.  I read somewhere that the risk for insertive partner in a fellatio is negligible. I also read somewhere that one unprotected encounter with a HIV positive person is not enough to get HIV. Is this true? I am just trying to convince myself that everything is ok.

I am scared of getting HIV now. Just for my anxiety I want to get tested to relieve the stress. How long should I wait for an HIV test to be conclusive?

What about oral sex? It's a zero risk activity for HIV infection and there is plenty of data to back up such a fact.As far as a condom break, well that's obvious, your penis would be exposed. You had no risk, you need to move on.

But what about Oral sex? Also I think the condom was on all the time. I am not sure if it had a hole in it. How do you know if a condom broke? Consider me as an idiot and please enlighten me on this.
