please help

before 3 weeks i had an hiv risk
first week i had pain in my neck
and felt tired (but i couldnt sleep at night)
second week a red spot appears on my hand that lasts hours or 1 day
since then some of them appear again in other place of hand
my stomach hurts and i have something like diarhea i go once a day although to toillet
are these symptoms?

my exposure is that i had mutual masturbation with a possitive guy
i am engaged and feel afraid of transmitting it to my wife
i dont touch her or kiss her or eat from same plate and drink from same glass
we were plannig to mary this september but now everything is gone
