You have asked this question a few times before, so should refer to the old advice.
I think they are giving you a little extra latitude here posting because you had an actual risk. I understand you are anxious but it is time to stop obsessing about this. You have a negative on a test that is considered conclusive at 10 to 12 days after exposure. You're past 28 days if you still care to take a 4th generation DUO test but it will be negative too. Congratulations, you do not have HIV. This is expected considering how small the risk actually is from a single event as we've told you. You should now let this go.
