scared with pin prick

HI recently i was with few friends and one of them was closing the safety pin of a dress of someone, i was not looking but it appears from ouch sound that the safety pin might have pricked her and since she was unable to close the safety pin she called me, when i tried to close the pin it was in cloths again and when i tried it looks as if it went inside the space between nail and finger, suddenly my brain striked what if the pin has infection on it tip and it might have pricked me, i tried to press my finger and nail with maximum possible pressure to see if it was bleeding, it was not bleeding i rubbed the portion with hand sanitizer and again thrice put pressure to see if it was bleeding it was not
I even cut the nail deepest to see blood it was not there. I am still scared with this incident as the time difference between it pricking her (even when i asked here she said she did not have any bleeding) and pin going again back in cloths and again coming outside by my act and may be pricking me(as i am dead sure of no bleeding) was small say 5-10 sec. Please guide.

I asked her she said she is ok
but never got tested
am not able to force her for testing

I have not observed any bleeding on my finger
even she was not bleeding i checked that

Dont be paranoid not everyone around you has HIV. Simple solutiongo ask her. So you will not burden yourself with "what if".
