Is my life over?

on 22 May this year I had intercourse with a CSW,i strongly suspect she is HIV+ since she had a healed big scar on her thigh. I found it hard getting hard after so she offered to give me handjob with lube, during the handjob she quicky put her little finger into my pee hole which was odd,I didnt see where her finger was before though.I told her to stop, by this time I was a little bit hard and proceeded to have protected vaginal sex with her (though i wasnt fully erect so I fear condom did not tightly fit) , the sex was very short, about 30seconds.Condom was intact after sex. I took a dose of PEP immediately after(combivir+ kaletra). This is my second time on PEP after a workplace exposure. I tested negative after that incident. I have severe diarrhea when on PEP so had to stop for some days to write an exam. In total I have taken 6 whole day doses to date( 8/07/18). I am beginning to have symptoms which I fear to be seroconversion, i developed a sore throat with a solitary non tender lymph node in my neck, a low grade fever and neck pain, PEP has stopped causing diarrhea so I am scared that they are really working now and I am seroconverting.I just developed a pimple like rash on my shoulders 2 days ago, I am soo scared that I am seroconverting. I rushed to do a PCR test on 8/07/18, results r in 10days. I am just soo sad and angry that I have done this to my self, I am soo disappointed in myself and cant stop imagining my mum. Guys what do you think my chances are of coming out negative and can PEP cause these symptoms.

No, your life is not over.  You never had a risk.  A finger in your penis hole wouldn't transmit HIV.  And you had protected sex.  It doesn't matter if it was loose at bottom (which it probably wasn't, it has a tight ring around the bottom)--  because ONLY the head of your penis needs to be covered to protect you.  Whether the person is hiv+ or not is irrelevant because your activities were not a risk for transmission.  I'm surprised your doctor put you on PEP for this and it was a bit irresponsible for them to do so.  PEP, as you stated, is very difficult to take due to side effects.  Your symptoms and issues are not related to having HIV as you never risked it.  Yes, PEP could be responsible along with anxiety.  You will be negative and since this type of activity makes you so anxious, I would not participate in it.  No risk of HIV here.

Thanks for your response, what if she had put her finger into her vagina before putting it into my urethra, wont there be a risk there?
No, there is no risk from that.  Air inactivates the virus.  So, her fingers could not transmit HIV.  This is not a risk.
Plus the condom can't be "loose" enough for any HIV to travel under the bottom of it past the ring and get to your urethra which is the only place you can get infected. If it was that loose it would have fallen off.
Thanks a lot guys
