Help!

6 months had exposure with csw and now I am really scared!
Now am having frequent pain in my armpit but I don't feel and see lymph node swollen! I had rash on my chest which is about 15 pimble like rash and I have had sore thoat a few times and canker and coldsores and body pain..
Can rash of HIV be only in chest region
Can lymphnodes swollen from HIV be only in one arm pit and be hidden and painful?
Do you guys see anybody who had protected sex turned positive
Are my fears irrational

As our members have stated, you had protected sex which is not a risk for HIV.  We wish you the best and are closing this discussion.

You don't need to test if you had protected sex. That is safe sex and you never had a risk. The issues you are having are NOT from HIV.

When did you test and what was your exposure?

Protected sex with csw and not tested
Can't move on from HIV and frequent pain in armpit and sores and pimbles on mouth and nose all the time

No, so you need to move on from HIV.  You don't have any medical training so you have been living in needless fear for 6 months self diagnosing that you had HIV. If this unrealistic fear continues see doc and a therapist.
