Suffering from constant nausea

It's been about 6 weeks since the incident and I started to have constant nausea throughout my day starting about a week ago. I am aware of the 3 month window, but I tested at 2 weeks and 5 weeks and both were negative. I'm worried now. I find it really difficult doing anything. The nausea stops me right in my tracks. At the moment I am not having any other issues. I also was negative on both STD tests for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. I'm really worried.

Is my risk just a "low risk" and not a no risk? I've seen the experts view it as a low risk even? Why is this?

You're also aware you never had an exposure.
