have had high-risk sex
I am gay. I gave oral sex to a suspicious person 5 times and in the last intercourse he ejaculated in my mouth for about 3-4 seconds, then I spit it out, but I feel like I'm late. he also wanted to have forced anal sex and he put pressure on my anus 2 times for a total of 10 seconds, dryly and it hurt. i made him quit but it took like 10 seconds I did not see blood on his penis, but if there was a capillary crack, would it pass through the liquid before the semen? He forced the head or half of the penis for 10 seconds, not fully, I am an anxiety patient, please help :(

Having a penis push against your anus is NOT anal sex. You have not described anything that is a risk here and we can't keep answering the same question.
If you are now changing your story and saying you had penetrating anal sex --- because putting pressure on the anus is NOT penetrating sex--- but only you were there. IF you had penetrating anal sex. then take a 4th generation test at 28 days.
But hiv is NOT diagnosed by symptom. Your symptoms are NOT hiv related. An unprotected anal sex exposure is LESS THAN 1 percent. HIV is only diagnosed by tests so don't fixate on symptoms. If you got HIV from this encounter, I'd chew my right arm off.
The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse (WITH penetration) or share IV needles to inject drugs. Oral sex is not a risk. Saliva and air inactivate the virus. Pushing against the anus is also not a risk. There needs to be actual penetration. HIV is not spread easily.

Well, you're asking here and we are a moderated forum guided by expert doctors. There is nothing else to say but NO risk. And I sincerely doubt if you 'ask anyone' they answer you need to test because it is bad advice and not science based. Only other anxious people or people that want your money for the test or doctors that want you out of their office but you won't go because of anxiety will tell you. No professional would advice you that without penetration do you need to test. you don't. Remember AIR and SALIVA inactivate the virus. You did not have penetration and therefore, air was present. You do not need to test because you had no risk. Take care.

Oral is zero risk because hiv is dead in air or in saliva. So it can't infect. He did not penetrate so the anal pressure involved air so his hiv was dead the whole time and can't be alive to move through the "c crack" that you are worried about. I won't keep repeating the same advice, so reread it because you haven't understood any of it. hiv prevention is straightforward and you don't have hiv.
