Is there any difference method HIV rapid test between homosexual and hetero?
Hi I wonder,because my doctor said if you homosexual you need to take another test with different reagent or something,could you tell me more about it? Is there any difference test between HIV test between hetero and homosexual?

HIV tests are unisex. Works on males and females and it doesn't care who their partners are. Why would a test not work on a homosexual if it worked on a heterosexual? That does not make sense. What was your exposure?

Alright. Well, you had zero risk, obviously. And the same test is used for both sexes and it doesn't matter if they were with the opposite sex or same sex for their encounters. One test for all.
There is no reason to do regular "check up" hiv testing. HIV can't just pick people to infect, when they have zero risk.
