Teak one last question, is it true that people in advanced stage of HIV test negative? And why PCR DNA is not used for testing while it's available and more reliable or PCR RNA? And why some doctors on other websites recommend this type of test to make sure that symptoms are not HIV related? Thank you in advance

Thank you teak. Shall I go for another test? My symptoms are so severe one making me very sick! My dermatologist saw some small white pumps on the upper corner of lips and told me this is a viral infection!! I also have a low grade fever every time I woke up in the morning, stomach pain, and pain in testicles and esophangus and feel my skin is burning specially palms and thigh and lots of small red/brown dot here and there!! Are those HIV or AIDS related? Also why on some other sites they recommend pcr testing?
I took a combo test recently and it was negative and doctor told me that even I reached aids stage if antibody is not detected the p24 will? Is that correct? Or the p24 will only be benefial in the early infection? Am asking because I have lots of symptoms! Thanks in advance
