Lactation Anxiety/Bleeding gums

After an argeument with my wife, i went to a strip club and got a dance

After the session, i went to a hotel with the dancer, got a covered blowjob to which i know is safe/no risk

I however also indulged in kissing/rough sucking/licking her breasts.

Im now mostly paranoid of any potential lactation that might have happened (she is a single mother). I also have bleeding gums, that might be a potential as an entry point.

Prior to the breast play i examined for any visible cuts/sores (could not find any) and attempted to squeeze her breast to check for lactation (however could not see any liquid coming from her nipples)

Im worried as i suffer from frequent bleeding gums and afraid that during the licking/sucking/kisssing, some hidden lactation might have occured.

I have since patched up with my wife but have not yet have any intercourse with her due to fear of potentially getting infected and mostly due to guilt

I am way past the period for PREP/PEP

Can someone here address my worries?. Will i need testing?

Even with bleeding gums?
Not unless you are an infant with bleeding gums.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (teeth, mouth,  fluids, maybe blood, body, lactation, cuts, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways for an adult to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
There is nothing to be scared about.

Thank you for you reply

I have seen some posts saying that breast milk/lactation is actually a method of transmission, so just wondering why its would not be a worry for myself as i have bleeding gums

Im not sure of her HIV status and my “sqeeze” test was to check if she was lactating. So im just worried about the what ifs.

So as per my question above why is breast milk not a risk?

I also understand that im having alot of guilt that mught be culmulating to asking such a question. Thank you for your understanding
unless you are an infant, there is no risk from breast milk. Remember, saliva and air inactivate the virus so same principals why oral isn't a risk apply for an adult and breasts. Even with bleeding gums.
Reread about 40. If there was a risk people would get it. We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so don't pay attention to claims posters found ( or think they saw)  on other sites.
