Licking Oral Lesion Fears

If you have a lesion, or infected boil eruption and a woman licks it
are you at all at risk of getting HIV? Should a person get tested if
that happened? or should they just forget it and move on without
worry that they have gotten HIV. Please give a detailed answer as
to be certain that that can or cannot happen. Thank you.
