Generalized lymph node but negative result at 77 days

Hello,
I'm 31 years old male.
I had unprotected oral sex for 1 minute from female escort around 11 weeks ago.I have not had vaginal sex.

My test results

27 days - 4th generation
35 days - Ora quick
41 days - 4th generation
52 days - 4th generation
54 days - 4th generation
60 days - 3rd generation rapid finger
62 days - 4th generation
69 days - 4th generation
71 days - 3rd generation rapid finger
74 days - 3rd generation rapid finger
76 days - 3rd generation rapid finger
77 days - 3rd generation rapid finger

All of HIV test results are Negative.

at 8 weeks I noticed swollen lymph the left groin and right armpit.
at 9 weeks, swollen lymph the right groin. I don't have Herpes-2 and prostatitis.
at 10 weeks, started feel to pain in my neck and collarbone swollen five or six lymph node.
I experienced night sweat for 4 days.
Except for four days, I have no fever, and my body temperature is 36.7 degrees ~ 37.0 degrees.

I will test at 12 weeks(84 days) but I feel scare because generalized lymph.
Is the rapid finger test(3rd generation) reliable at  77 days?

Your question has been fully answered by our members that you had no risk from oral sex and all of your tests were unnecessary and you do not have HIV.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

That looks like a play list!
Good news, you didn't have a risk.
Bad news, you have OCD big time.

HIV is not your problem, you never needed an HIV test, you don't need any further.

Thank you for your reply.
Maybe I will add a playlist by the 84th day.
Could lymph node(groin, neck, armpit) be swollen due to great stress for 3 month?
You have HIV phobia so you would be better off seeking therapy or seeing your doctor than testing again because the other 12 tests didn't help ease your fear.
No one can diagnose you from here and you don't have any medical training so that leaves your doctor as the go to person for any diagnosis, when you see him next week.

Oral is not a risk for HIV so all of your tests were unnecessary. Anyone can get a swollen lymph and yours is just self diagnosed so could be incorrect anyway. Have your doctor check it out if you feel it is a concern, but it has nothing to do with HIV.
Your night sweats are because you are over-analyzing your body in fear looking for clues that you might be dying and misinterpreting whatever you think is happening with your lymph into a self diagnosis of HIV. That would make anyone sweat in fear.
Repeated negative testing is abnormal, and any more will indicate an HIV phobia that you need to talk with your doctor or a therapist about because this situation has been going on for a long time, and it is all in your imagination.

The neck lymph is not my diagnosis. I have identified a lymphoma that was swollen with ultrasound. I performed a CT scan and can see the results next week.

Is my symptoms(night sweat, mouth dryness, swollen multiple lymph and weight loss - 5kg) due to mental problems?
